    Introduction:


    The RM-F550 is a newly developed Router Machine specifically designed for depaneling whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual boards. It features a highly stable platform to guarantee precision during operation, with a standard working platform size of 300*350mm.

    Additionally, the machine offers an optional larger platform size of 400*600mm to accommodate various PCBA sizes. For ease of use, the RM-F550 provides user-friendly "visual" programming, enabling rapid and accurate online programming. Furthermore, it has the capability to detect the depaneling process in real-time.

    1. We provide customers with high-performance, highly stable, and secure industrial equipment, utilizing high-precision linear guides, control cards, and servo motors to ensure optimal performance.

    2. Our 4-axis motion control system is based on high-resolution CCD visual alignment, employing a dual-platform design to enhance production efficiency.

    3. The routing spindle is of German brand, operating at speeds ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 RPM, ensuring precise and efficient cutting.

    4. Taiwan's Hiwin brand guides are utilized to guarantee the precision and smoothness of the moving system.

    5. The equipment features tool life monitoring. After the cutter has traveled a certain distance, it automatically raises and lowers to the position of another unused blade, optimizing tool usage and extending tool life.

    6. This machine is suitable for depaneling straight-line, arc, and circular connected boards, accommodating a wide range of PCB shapes and sizes.

    7. The PCB substrate undergoes two-stage continuous sliding processing, minimizing waiting time and maximizing production throughput.
