Machine introduction

The RM-F550 is a newly developed router machine specifically designed for depaneling whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual boards. It features a highly stable platform to guarantee precision during operation, with a standard working platform size of 300*350mm.

For larger applications, an optional platform size of 400*600mm is available. The machine boasts user-friendly "visual" programming for quick and precise online setup, as well as the capability to monitor the depaneling process in real-time.

Main features

1. We provide customers with high-performance, stable, and secure industrial equipment, utilizing high-precision linear guides, control cards, and servo motors to ensure optimal performance.

2. Our 4-axis motion control system is based on high-resolution CCD visual alignment, and it uses a dual-platform design to enhance production efficiency.

3. The routing spindle is of German brand, operating at speeds ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 RPM.

4. The moving system employs Taiwan Hiwin brand guides, ensuring precision and smooth operation.

5. Our equipment features tool life monitoring. After the cutter has traveled a certain distance, it will automatically raise and switch to another uncut blade, extending tool life and improving productivity.

6. This machine is suitable for depaneling boards connected by straight lines, arcs, and circles.

7. The PCB substrate is processed through a two-stage continuous sliding mechanism, minimizing waiting time and maximizing production output.
