For those working on larger-scale projects, an optional 400*600mm platform is readily available. The RM-F550 boasts intuitive "visual" programming, enabling swift and precise online configurations, along with real-time oversight of the depaneling process.

1. We provide customers with high-performance, highly stable, and secure industrial equipment, utilizing high-precision linear guides, control cards, and servo motors.

2. Based on high-resolution CCD visual alignment, our 4-axis motion control system employs a dual platform to enhance production efficiency.

3. The routing spindle is of German brand, operating at speeds ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 RPM.

4. The Taiwan Hiwin brand guide ensures precision and smooth movement within the moving system.

5. Tool life monitoring is in place; once the cutter has traveled a certain distance, it automatically rises and switches to another unused blade.

6. This equipment is suitable for depaneling straight-line, arc, and circular connected boards.

7. The PCB substrate undergoes two-stage continuous sliding processing, minimizing waiting time and maximizing production output.
