Features
1.The CCD digital system boasts a revolutionary optical path
design, delivering uniform circular lighting and bright coaxial
illumination with infinitely adjustable brightness. This enables
seamless recognition of diverse mark points, even on uneven
tin-plated, copper-plated, silver-plated surfaces, hot-air
soldering points, and various colored FPCs and PCBs.
2.The system features high-precision PCB thickness adjustment and a
sturdy structure ensuring stable XY movement, making manual
adjustments for different PCB thicknesses straightforward.
3.The guide rail positioning system includes a detachable,
innovative pattern guide rail and a programmable, flexible side
clamp tailored for FPCs and warped PCBs. A unique clamping plate
device, controlled by software, automatically adapts to various PCB
thicknesses.
4.The squeegee structure design incorporates an advanced squeegee
system, enhancing stability and prolonging the squeegee's life.
5.The high-speed stencil cleaning system features a downward
dispensing cleaning structure, preventing clogged openings and
ensuring effective cleaning. The solvent dispense length is easily
adjustable via software.
6.The new multi-function interface is user-friendly, intuitive, and
offers real-time temperature and humidity monitoring.
