Machine introduction

This machine RM-F550 is a new developed Router Machine. It is used to depaneling a whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual PCBa boards. The machine adopt a very stable platform to ensure the working precision, the working platform size is 300*350mm.

It has a larger platform option at 400*600mm.The machine provides user friendly "visual" programming for rapid and accurate online programming,also can detect the depaneling process.

2, 4 axis motion control basen on the high resolution CCD vicual aligement, use double platform to make the production more efficiency.

3, Germany brand routing spindle, speed at 40000~60000rpm.

4, Taiwan Hiwin brand guide, make sure the moving system precision and smooth.

5, Tool life monitoring. After the cutter cuts a certain distance, it will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade.

6, Suitable for depaneling straight line, arc, and circular connectted boards.

7, The PCB substrate is placed by two-stage continuous sliding processing to reduce waiting time and increase production.

Application

Circuit cutting:
Offline PCBA routers can quickly and accurately cut circuit lines and contours on PCBA.
It can complete various complex circuit cutting processes and improve the manufacturing quality of PCBA.

Board segmentation:
The router can accurately cut and separate multiple PCBA boards connected together.
Ensure that the edges of each PCBA board are flat and the size is consistent, which is convenient for subsequent testing and assembly.

Hole processing:
The router can accurately process various holes on PCBA, including through holes, blind holes, buried holes, etc.
Ensure that the hole size, position, inclination and other indicators can meet the process requirements.

Slotting:
The router can cut slots of various shapes on PCBA, such as slots for component installation.
Improve the structural strength and heat dissipation performance of PCBA.

Edge trimming:
The router can perform fine trimming and chamfering on the edges of PCBA.
Ensure that the edges of PCBA are flat and smooth to avoid damage during contact.

Automated production:
Offline PCBA routers can achieve good coordination with other equipment on the production line.
