Introduce
Synthetic lubricants specially designed for high-temperature
operations are selected, formulated with high-quality esters and
high viscosity index base oils, combined with special patented
additives, to provide excellent anti-wear, anti-corrosion and
anti-oxidation protection properties. There will be no smell and
smoke in high temperature environments, and there will be no carbon
deposits on the chain, keeping the chain itself clean and
increasing the service life of the chain, thereby saving
replacement costs.
Performance characteristics
1. Excellent high temperature performance, extremely long service
life, no oil dripping, no coking, and no evaporation at high
temperatures.
2. Excellent lubricity, vibration and noise reduction, extreme
pressure and anti-wear properties, oxidation stability and
corrosion resistance.
3. Good adhesion performance, small change in consistency at high
temperatures, able to withstand extremely frequent extrusion, and
not easy to throw out.
4. Excellent load resistance, can withstand large impacts, suitable
for heavy-duty chains and bearings.
5. Excellent rust resistance and water resistance.
6. Applicable temperature range: -15℃～300℃.
Use

Note:
1. Please clean and air-dry the greased area before use before
applying the product.
2. Close the box tightly in time after use to avoid mixing
impurities and affecting the use of the effect.
3. Do not mix with other grease.
4. The product should be stored in a clean, dry place away from
light.
5. Shelf life is 60 months from the date of production.

Use
This product is suitable for use on high-temperature transportation
bearings and transmission chains (such as paint production line
chains, coating equipment, drying rooms, conveyor belt bearings in
glass factories, etc.) and polypropylene bidirectional film
stretching machines and SMT production lines.
Instructions for use
1. This product is a lubricant for direct use, no need to add
water, just add it directly for recycling.
2. You can spray it with an automatic oiler or brush it with a
brush.
Precautions
1. High-temperature oils of different brands, different qualities,
and different models cannot be mixed.
2. Before using high-temperature oil, please clean the lubricating
part and then apply it
