Automated SMT Stencil Cleaner w/ 3-Level Filter System
Machine introduction
This machine (Model:HS-600) we call it pneumatic SMT stencil
cleaning machine, it's a automatic stencil cleaning equipment, with
the cleaning and drying function combined. It's used in the SMT
assembly process, designed for automatic cleaning solder paste
steel mesh, red glue steel mesh, cooper mesh, resin screen,etc. It
use the alcohol as the cleaning solvent, equiped with the 3 level
filter system to achieve the solvent repeatly using, save the
solvent consumption. This machine use the spray cleaning method for
cleaning,powered by the air compressor, use the pump siphon the
solvent and drive the spraying cleaning bars for double sides
cleaning, the cleaning performance is very good.
Features

body, durable and stable, at the same time with beautiful
appearance.
2, Driven by the compressor air, without electricity, very safety
and no damage to human beings.
3, With both cleaning and drying function, one button operation,
automatically drying the stencils after cleaning process.
4, Two sets spray bars 360 degree rotation cleaning, high quality
spray nozzles, no cleanign dead corner and enough spraying
pressure.
5, Cleaning solvent in and out pipe equipped.
6, 3 levels filter system, 10um,5um,1um, cleaning solvent recycle
using, cost-effective and save energy.
7, Safety cleaning room, after the stencils put in the cleaning
room, it will lock down tightly.
8, Modular design, automatic solvent siphone and emission, and all
automaticaly operation, very efficienty.
9, Easy maintenance, open the cover and the operator can change the
filters easily.
