Introduction
The revolution of the centrifugal force generated by automatic
paste mixer,the force produced by the rotation of the rotating
shaft and the angle of 45 degrees.The tank is located in the upper
end of the paste continuous downward movement, at the bottom of the
pipe to the tank above the paste around the movement, the formation
of a tornado funnel type stirring action, make a smooth paste
mixing and softening, deaeration reach the proper viscosity after
mixing paste has good wettability, diffusion uniformity, excellent
printing effect, to achieve the best performance of reflow
soldering.

500g solder paste: it can mix two cans at the same time, saving
time and improving production efficiency
5. Good fixture design ensures good mixing balance and minimal
vibration.
During the stirring process, the solder paste does not open, so
that there is no oxidation or absorption of water vapor in the
solder paste, and it has a defoaming function.
7. Closed stirring can fix the operating time, ensure the stability
of solder paste softness (Q), and mix and stir new and old solder
paste to obtain more active new solder paste.
8. Revolution speed: 1350 rpm Self rotation speed: 400 rpm. 9. This
standard machine can mix cans with a diameter of 60mm. Other sizes
of cans require customized fixtures
