Automatic panel separation function
PCB Separator adopts automatic panel separation technology, which
can quickly and accurately cut the whole PCB into individual PCB
panels.
Through the cooperation of the robot arm and the panel separation
blade, efficient automatic panel separation operation is realized.
Flexible size adaptability
The equipment can be quickly adjusted according to PCB boards of
different sizes, and the maximum supported panel separation size is
600mm×400mm.
It can meet the panel separation needs of PCB boards of various
specifications.
High-precision panel separation
PCB Separator adopts a high-precision positioning system and panel
separation mechanism to ensure that the accuracy of each panel
separation is as high as ±0.1mm.
It effectively avoids damage or burrs to the PCB board during the
segmentation process.

The equipment is equipped with safety protection devices, such as
