This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid damaging.

1. Connecting multiple boards after soldering can often damage the circuit or break electronic components. This machine uses a knife walking motion for segmentation, which can completely reduce stress, prevent solder cracking and component breakage, and improve production efficiency and quality.
2. Adopting the method of upper circular knife and lower flat knife, the board is placed on the lower flat knife. With a press of the switch, the upper circular knife moves horizontally to the set point, that is, the PCB board is cut and divided without wire detachment, the cut is flat, and there are no burrs.
