Introduce
The paste needs to be rewarmed before use. Usually the rewarming
time is about 4 hours. The purpose is to restore the activity of
the refrigerated solder paste for ease of use. Our solder paste
rewarming machine is an intelligent management device that
integrates solder paste refrigeration storage, rewarming, stirring,
traceability and direction traceability functions. The
refrigeration temperature can be controlled within the range of
1-10 degrees Celsius, and the temperature can be controlled through
numbers and temperature. Curve monitoring and recording, first in,
first out, to meet the storage and use requirements of different
solder pastes.
Functional Overview
This device is specially used for the automatic control of the
solder paste reheating process.
The solder paste jar can be heated at a constant temperature to
ensure that the solder paste is kept in the best coating state.
It is equipped with a timed heating function, which can
automatically start the heating cycle according to the production
plan.

Working principle
The solder paste jar to be heated is placed on the heating plate.
The system automatically starts the heating program after detecting
the placement, and the heating plate is heated at a constant
temperature.
The temperature sensor monitors the solder paste temperature in
real time and accurately controls the heating through the PID
algorithm.
After the set heating time, the heating is automatically cut off to
complete the solder paste reheating.
Application scenario
Mainly used in the solder paste reheating link on the SMT patch
production line.
It can effectively improve the quality of solder paste coating and
reduce the rework rate during the production process.
It is widely used in industries such as electronic manufacturing
and PCB production.
Function
1. Fully automatic timed solder paste rewarming machine. One
machine has multiple slots and can intelligently reheat multiple
cans of solder paste at the same time to ensure the activity of the
solder paste; the steel plate of this machine has a baked-painted
appearance, with a smooth and tidy surface, fashionable and
beautiful.
2. The machine is assembled and produced using imported electrical
components;
3. Each can of solder paste is placed in a slot with independent
time control. Once the time is set, the solder paste slot will
automatically lock. The door cannot be opened before the timer
expires. When the set temperature recovery time is reached, the
slot will be locked. It will unlock automatically.
4. The machine can be operated with multiple tanks for temperature
recovery, and each slot can hold 500G solder paste tanks.
