AC220V PLC Control System Stainless Steel Semi-Auto Solder Paste Printer

Introduction

This semi-automatic solder paste printing machine is used at the start of SMT production line, for printing solder paste with scraper.

Put the PCB which need to be printed is fixed on the printing positioning table, and then printing the solder paste or the red glue corresponding pad through the steel mesh by the left and right scrapers of the printing machine, after printed,the PCB will transport to the downstream pick and place machine via the conveyor.

1. The machine adopts PLC control system.
2. The machine built-in auto 4-digit counter.
3. Vertical constructure, the screen frame lift up and down verticaly by electricity, driving transversa stroke of printing head left and right action by the linear guide.
4. The screen frame can be adjusted up and down to meet the differnet height.
5. Four point stencil positioning, the printing accuracy reacy ±0.02mm,flexible stencil frame, can use different size stencil.

6, The squeegee can be adjustable, convenient for lead-free stainless steel scraper, 200-350options.

7, Flexible PIN thimble to positioning the PCB, can print the double side PCB.

8, LED touch screen can adjust the scraper speed, also use high quality HIWIN brand linear guide.

9, The scraper left and right adjustment use the Frequency converter control, can set the printing speed on the screen, make sure the printing speed is consistently, then the printing thickness more evenly.
