Machine introduction

This machine is a fully automatic single-sided PCBA cleaning machine, which uses a combination of roller brush and disc brush for cleaning. This is a fully automatic online PCBA board cleaning machine, suitable for traditional circuit board cleaning solvents, and does not require the operator to touch the cleaning agent. This device combines traditional circuit board conveying technology and brush cleaning technology to clean PCBA in all directions, front, back, left, right, without any dead corners, fully ensuring the cleanliness of PCBA. Suitable for cleaning the single-sided soldering surface of PCBA boards without wetting the front components.

1, Special design machine structure, stable working and good performance.
2, It is specially used for the cleaning of tin beads, flux marks and scratches.
3, Using high end plam fibre brush,anti-static, will not generate static electricity and will not damage PCBA board.
4, Suitable for PCB boards with edges (minimum distance between board edges is 1.5mm), and the PCBA board width adjustment.
5, Thickened spring claws ensure that the PCBA board will not move during the transportation.
6, Automatic cleaning solvent coating system: ensure the soldering surface of the PCBA board can be evenly coated with washing water without affecting the surface of other parts.
7, Disk brush and two rollers brush cleaning,which ensure the PCBA board is cleaned in all directions without dead corners.
8, The cleaning brush height and rotation speed can be adjusted to meet different cleaning requirements.
9, The waste generated from after working is automatically collected in the filter box at the bottom of the machine for easy cleaning.
10, The machine connect with AC220V, driven by high-quality electronic speed-regulating motor, the speed of the motor is infinitely adjustable and durable.
