Introduce
The nozzle of the SMT machine is an indispensable key part of the
SMT machine. The function of the SMT nozzle is not only to absorb
the components for placement, but also to serve as the background
for the camera of the optical vision system when shooting.
Effect
The suction nozzle is the part that directly contacts the SMD
component when vacuum negative pressure occurs. The size of the
suction nozzle hole depends on the shape of the SMD component. In
order for the placement machine to be able to mount a variety of
components, the placement machine also needs to be equipped with an
automatic nozzle replacement device. There is also an elastic
compensation buffer mechanism between the suction nozzle and the
suction tube to ensure that the suction nozzle protects the
components during the pick-up and placement process and improves
the placement rate of the equipment.
Performance
The performance of the SMT nozzle actually mainly depends on the
size of the suction cup and the fit of the components being
removed. It depends on the shape and size of the components. If you
are mounting special components, you can also use opposite-sex
nozzles for placement production.

1. The high-speed head is mainly used to pick up relatively small
components: such as 0201,0402
2. The general-purpose head mainly absorbs relatively large
components or some heterogeneous components. The mounting speed of
the general-purpose head is generally slow.

The shape of the suction nozzle includes square hole, round hole,
and V groove.
