Four Stations Cycle Glue Dispenser for LED Bulb with Stepping Motor

Application

This LED bulb glue dispensing machine to apply glue on the base of the LED bulb or LED Par light, to connect with the housing of the lamp.

This Four-station round glue dispensing machine can be used for this application. Four stations are distributed by 90 degree on the revolution disc. Revolution motor rotates 90 degree each time to bring the work-piece to the gluing nozzle. Auto-rotation motor drives work-piece rotating in average speed to achieve evenly glue coating.

Type of Dispenser

1.AB glue dispenser
Suitable for packing the AB glue with good proportion, dispensing the glue according to the proportion, mixing it automatically, and then dispensing the glue by the robot according to the specified trajectory.

2.Semi-automatic glue filling machine
Adopting precision gear metering pump or screw metering pump, extracting glue mixing according to the specified ratio, realizing maximum saving of glue while mixing and gluing.

3.Four-axis dispenser
Four-axis dispenser can dispense glue on the side, outer wall, vertical surface and spherical surface of the product, with four-axis linkage.

4.Floor standing dispenser
Suitable for larger and heavier products, customized stroke according to product size.
