High-Precision LED Hard Strip PCB Depaneling Equipment

Introduction

This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid damaging.

Features

1, This machine can use for cutting all kinds of boards with v-slot.

2, Durable blade design, balde can be shaped at least twice.

3. The transmission height of the equipment can be adjusted by 900±50mm, and the track length is preferably 1000mm.
4. Comes with a laser chiller, equipped with a dust extraction system (automatic vacuum adsorption + laser dust
removal).
5. In line with the SMT anti-static standard, the product must be made of anti-static material within 30CM.
6. The safety door interlocking mechanism is configured, the safety door cannot be opened when the equipment is running, and the equipment cannot be operated after the door is opened. It is equipped with a leakage protector.
