Introduction:
This machine is a automatic PCB separating machine, it equipped
with the automatic board feeding system, adopt the upper circular
blade and bottom linear blade combination, during the separating,
the PCB will keep fixed, and the circular will moving to finish the
depaneling process.
Advantages:
The traditional blade moving PCB separating machine requires manual
placement, positioning, time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the
production efficiency is low.
This device has been upgraded to the automatic feeding, which is
controlled by microcomputer and can customized the moving distance
based on the size of the PCB boards. Without manual positioning, it
also can connect to the board loading machine, saving labor,
improving board separation efficiency and higher degree of
automation.

depaneling quantity.
7, Safety operation, the machine equipped with the Omron brand
light curtain induction sensor,when hands or other object touch the
machine operating distance range, the machine will alarm and stop
operation.
8. The machine use step motor, improve the precision.
