Introduction

This automatic welding machine is a desktop welding robot, using a stepper motor and a timing belt drive system. The whole machine is assembled from high-quality and precise Haiwei linear guide rails and Airtec cylinders. The PCB or product that needs to be soldered is fixed with customized fixtures. This machine has functions such as spot welding, pull welding, automatic cleaning and position correction, copying, arranging, and automatic positioning. Moreover, the machine is easy to maintain and operate, greatly improving production efficiency.

1. 4-axis operation, X/Y/Z and R rotation movement, achieving multi angle welding objectives.
2. Robots replacing electric humans can save more labor costs.
3. The welding head can be adjusted in multiple directions to protect the PCB and components from damage.
4. The machine supports SOPT welding and DRAH welding.
5. Align the key position of the product with the iron head as the base point, press the enter key, and the program will automatically generate the point in the system, and then set the data of the point.
6. Adopting high-precision stepper motors and synchronous belt drive systems, and advanced motion control algorithms, effectively improving motion positioning accuracy and repeatability.
7. This machine has an automatic cleaning function, which can make soldering processing more stable and extend the service life of soldering iron.
8. Handheld LCD teaching pendant, programming is simple and easy to learn.
