Introduction
This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper
circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the
v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to
finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board
don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid
damaging.
Features
1.Any PC board with V-CUT is appropriate for this machine.
2.The linear slide rail, stress reduction when segmentation, to
prevent the solder joint cracking.
3.The circular knife eccentric design, distance between upper and
lower cutter can be adjusted , PC board thickness can be adjusted.
4. The machine light, does not occupy space. Easy operation and
maintenance.
5. For special specifications of the PC board, can be customized .
7.Conveyor belt is optional , conveniently transfer finished PCB
out.
8.Stop block can be used for different PCBs, to raise working
efficiency.

Advantages
