Introduction

This automatic soldering robot assemblyed with high quality parts, driven by step motor and timing belt, by customized the Jig to fix the soldering PCB, the temperature automatic heating, to the specific temperature, the solder wire auto feed to the solder tip, then the solder tip automatic moving according to the setted programs. So the solder wire melt on the PCB to achieve then automatic soldering. This machine is a desktop type machine, it's widely used in PCB welding wire, charger plug welding, connector soldering, DC terminal tinning, LED light strip connection and other fields. Automatic soldering robots replace manual welding to improve work efficiency and improve welding quality.

Working principle

The automatically heated soldering iron heats and condenses the solid solder wire, and with the help of the flux, it flows into the metal to be soldered. After cooling, it forms a strong and reliable welding point. This process is all accomplished by machines. We only need to manually control the machine. When the solder is made of tin lead alloy and the welding surface is made of copper, the solder first wets the welding surface. With the occurrence of wetting phenomenon, the solder gradually disperses towards the metal copper, forming an adhesion layer on the contact surface between the solder and the metal copper, making both sides firmly separated. Therefore, it can be said that automatic soldering is completed through three processes: wetting, diffusion, and metallurgical separation.
